I had my knee replacement done by Dr. Ranson and his team, and I’m really happy with how everything turned out. From the first visit, he explained things in a way that actually made sense and didn’t make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Everyone on the team was super kind and easy to talk to. The nurses and staff checked in often and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I drove over 2 hours to get to my appointment and arrived a hr early, waited almost until appointment time to then be sat in a room waiting on the provider for an additional 20min. He spent not even 10min in the room. He told me the x-ray machine went down 4 hours prior to my appointment time and recommended me to see PT and a back doctor based off of my said symptoms. I went here on March 30th and had a MRI. It was difficult for me to have the MRI because lying on my back causes so much pain. The young lady who works there, her name is Makayla Jones, was wonderful. She was so patient with me and my daughter and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. Most people would have gotten so frustrated with me but she didn’t. She made me feel like it was no trouble at all with all that I put her through. Laxmi is the best physical therapist I have ever had. She always listens to all of my issues and has helped me successfully with all of my physical ailments (and I have a lot). If you are looking for a caring and extremely competent physical therapist, look no further.
