Awful experience with Dr Musanto and the entire practice. very clean and new office
Not once but twice I have sat outside of this office in tears desperately searching for a new doctor after being completely dismissed by the doctor I saw here. This was two different doctors for two different body parts. The doctors here are totally dismissive of pain and do not care to try to figure things out if they might be presenting weird. These guys quickly headed toward medical malpractice. I ripped my bicep. Lots of lost opportunity to do my surgery because they kept dragging their feet. PA at first appointment started out giving me incorrect guidance and said I didn’t need surgery. Didn’t know how to handle my Inspire implant for the MRI because they have never encountered it before. Put in the wrong code for the MRI. Scheduled the MRI one week after the initial visit to urgent care and then called three days later telling me I needed to come in right away... read more
