My son hurt his ankle and we needed to rule out whether it was sprained or broken. We walked in with no appointment or referral needed. We were registered and checked in quickly. The front desk staff were friendly and assertive. We only waited at most 10 minutes before being called back. The clinical staff that helped us in the room, during X-rays, and getting fitted for a brace were all kind and helped make my son comfortable.
