I am very pleased with Dr. Soria and her staff for accommodating me today when my appointment was messed up (not my fault) after I had traveled an hour to see her. They worked me in and she took her time to give me the care I needed. I so appreciate it!
I am so grateful to EmergeOrtho for taking care of my pain. Mr. James Gallegro and Mrs. Brenda Culbertson are excellent Physical Therapists. They explain every exercise and the benefits of the treatments. The receptionist Mrs. Barbara is so nice and welcoming to all of the patients. They really take care of you. I highly recommend EmergeOrtho on 3100 Duraleigh Road.
This place is phenomenal! Everyone was kind, welcoming, and patient. Dr. Bush was amazing—he took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and provided excellent care. I never felt rushed and truly appreciated the quality of treatment I received. I highly recommend this office!
Don’t go here if you want anyone to actually listen to you. I had one PA tell me, “we don’t treat the abnormality, we treat the symptoms.” And another PA tell me, “only time and God can help you now.” Then, after 30 years of chronic low back pain and 6 weeks of physical therapy AT EMERGE, went in expecting a steroid injection for my lumbar only to be told, “we don’t have any notes or images for your lumbar. We’re doing a cervical injection today.” One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had.
