The wait time was too long
I had a great visit at the doctors office. I was seen in a timely manner. The doctor answered all my questions that I had,the nurse was very professional.
They actually called my name before I ever paid. Dr. Is Professional very knowledgableHIGHLY RECOMMEND
Dr. Norris cleared up a lot of misunderstandings that I had heard about shoulder replacements and showed me the difference between a reverse shoulder and a full shoulder replacement. He gave me the brochure on it so that I could actually see what he was talking about. He proceeded to give me the two cortisone shots in both of my shoulders. He was such a gentleman.
The Doctor was very thorough. Even though the surgical option benefits him, I was told he couldn’t promise relief. He offered a steroid injection on the spot, no wait required. Now I will start physical therapy in two weeks. I’m so grateful I got another opinion. The first doctor recommended emergency surgery and promised 12 weeks recovery and pain free. That’s not the case though.
