Wife treated badly. Waited over 45 min. Didn’t provide proper medication. Terrible treatment and service. Doctor inattentive.
Saw a Dr once, he made a joke that he preferred his license to his patients(which my family & I found unfunny) Saw the PA the rest of the time who would explain to me how medicine acts with my brain, every.single.visit. Depends on who you see. I feel like one doc rushed me in and out with no explanation of what was going on with me. Another gave the wrong injection.Other staff very supportive in exception of one Care Coordinator in the past who couldn't stop laughing at me when I told her I was un pain-yes I took it to a higher level. Resolve was minimal. My PA was awesome though.
The physical therapists, staff and office personnel were very helpful, caring and supportive when I went there for pt.
Dr Zubb is great. Dr Zubb takes time to answer your questions and talk to you. When it comes to have to wait which is never to long there is an emergency. If I get impatient I remember how I well Dr Zubb and his staff treated me. It people are so much in a hurry!
