I thought my last negative experience for my shoulder at Emerg Ortho was an anomaly. Today I am dealing with my back. Supposed to get a steroid shot for severe degenerative disc issue, a lot of sciatic radiating pain, Emerg Ortho said they sent it to my pain management (PM) office literally .5 miles away. I called to schedule an appointment for my son to be seen for concussion. I had been through this process a few times with my older son and never had any issues. When I called to schedule the appointment, Amber who answer the phone was very rude and wasn't even sure if they treated concussions. The said she would have to go through protocol in order to get him scheduled which was fine.
