Staff are very pleasant and welcoming. Long waiting time to see the doctor, I've gone there once and they forgot that they had put me in the back room I had to call on my cell phone to remind them that I was still waiting to see Doctor Raider. I know have you referral from my primary doctor to see him about pain in my hip I am hoping that he will be able to help me with this.
My 84-year-old mother has been bed ridden for 2 months with leg pain. she has tried to get an MRI scheduled and trying to get some help with her pain. she calls everyday to get voicemail and no call backs. This office apparently doesn't care about their patients that are suffering daily with pain. Will not recommend this office to anyone.
Such a horrible experience! First, we waited forever. They couldn’t read the cd I got from the dr’s office, so they made my 9 year old daughter take new X-rays and had me stay in the room with the door closed while they took her to another room to get X-rays. Then after waiting forever the PA-C comes into the room doesn’t introduce herself to me. Apparently she hadn’t even looked at the x-ray before coming in n the room.
