There have been 3 instances in the past year where I have arrived there between 4:15/4:20 during walk-in urgent care hours that end at 5- empty parking lot and empty waiting room and told it's too close to closing time to see anyone. All 3 times I've had to drive my child to Chapel Hill to be seen when the Mebane location is a mile from my house. We have loved Emerge over the years in Durham/Chapel Hill but Mebane is very disappointing re: costumer service.

I can’t say enough about the skills, talents, knowledge and professionalism that the Physical Therapist at this office are gifted with. For 4+ months they worked with me to get my shoulder to function again. You always encourage me and was there when I needed this help. Each therapist made a tremendous difference in the out come of what was a serious injury and surgical repair. Thank you so very much.

Less than 15 minute wait time, everyone was nice and Pleasent. The PA listened to me and did not make me feel like she rushed!!

This EmergOrtho office in Mebane is a very clean and comfortable office that provides care for variety of needs. They are very helpful and the wait time was not long, also it’s a convenient location. Easy to access with the wheelchair Available and a handicap ramp. My only suggestion is that if you were in need of a specific injection for pain, you need to ask if Those services are available at that office. I was giving a thorough examination with x-rays and compassionate care.
