Emerge Ortho got an appointment fairly quickly and the MRI. The doctor discussed options and I agreed surgery was not optimal. Had 8 PT sessions and regained much flexibility and strength.
I had started with EmergeOrtho Mebane months ago as I have been recovering from breaking both femurs. I was non weight bearing for approximately 10 weeks in a rehab facility. There have been 3 instances in the past year where I have arrived there between 4:15/4:20 during walk-in urgent care hours that end at 5- empty parking lot and empty waiting room and told it's too close to closing time to see anyone. All 3 times I've had to drive my child to Chapel Hill to be seen when the Mebane location is a mile from my house. We have loved Emerge over the years in Durham/Chapel Hill but Mebane is very disappointing re: costumer service.
I can’t say enough about the skills, talents, knowledge and professionalism that the Physical Therapist at this office are gifted with. For 4+ months they worked with me to get my shoulder to function again. You always encourage me and was there when I needed this help. Each therapist made a tremendous difference in the out come of what was a serious injury and surgical repair. Thank you so very much.
Less than 15 minute wait time, everyone was nice and Pleasent. The PA listened to me and did not make me feel like she rushed!!
