Got me in quick, listened to my explanation of injury-assessed quickly. Made appt for reassessment. Staff all very friendly.
EmergeOrtho was wonderful! I went to their urgent care clinic. The wait time to be seen was only a few minutes. I was seen, had X-rays taken, received a steroid shot to my knee, was fitted for and received a brace for my knee and was out in just over an hour. The staff was friendly, kind and professional. I highly recommend EmergeOrtho!
A very pleasant atmosphere. The doctor I saw was very informative, didnt rush, took her time explaining everything to me thoroughly.
I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The P. A. Eric who saw me was very professional. I have been having a problem with my middle finger knuckle for about 6 months. One look at my X-ray and he knew exactly what my problem was and he explained it in a way I could understand. He gave me some options, I picked one, he did it and I was on my way. It’s only been one day so far but I can tell a huge difference already. Would not hesitate for one second on going back or suggesting EmergeOrtho , Triangle to my friends or family.
I was worried that I needed further spinal surgery and was reassured by Roger that that was not the course to take.
