I know customer service is important, but the whole department staff has excellent qualities. I been there twice and nothing but the best attention to my situation and in the best waiting time. Hats off to the staff and Doctors. God bless you guys.
Disappointed in the fact that I went here due to hip pain and my hip popping, they took an x-ray and said “you’re fine” and threw medication at it. As a healthy young woman that should not be the answer. Dismissive doctors need further education on the impacts of dismissing people and not being willing to explore more. I went for a second opinion and come to find out I have a torn and completely detached labrum as well as an FAI hip that requires a bone to be removed. Great staff, great office. I went in with terrible knee pain. The Dr took x-rays and gave me a cortisone shot to the knee. I just woke up at 2am and my knee feels alot better. Thank you so much for the pain relief! A++
I have two torn muscle muscles in my glutes. I have no back pain nor have I had any for my entire life. This man told me that I had back pain since I was in my 20s and that I had been born with some physical defect and the only way he could get me out of pain was Complete back surgery fusing my back. I went on a vacation and got some rest and I am doing amazing and if I ever believe the garbage he said I would be spending a ton of money and being very injured.
