Was flat out misdiagnosed, mistreated and left every appt feeling rushed, unheard, and in tears for lack of help with pain with sever neck and shoulder injury! Best decision i made seeking treatment elsewhere!
If you find yourself with an orthopedic injury Emerge Ortho provided me with excellent care; I do highly recommend seeking assistance from them. I went to the Durham location. This was a clean environment with professional, knowledgeable and empathetic care takers. I was most uncomfortable from my injury therefore the kind support rendered to me through imaging, etc. Was deeply appreciated.
I don’t see any room for improvement. The check-in service was excellent, the X-ray technician was fantastic, and Eric King provided prompt, professional care. Despite my back pain, the entire visit was an enjoyable experience. Please keep up the excellent work and wonderful team spirit!
Everything was satisfactory at my visit, the doctor i saw was full of information and I believe she was concerned about my situation.
