Excellent providers who have taken extremely good care of my husband. Doc Merz is wonderful for total knee replacement. The scar looks like a cosmetic surgeon performed the surgery.
I took time out of my work day to sign papers at their office when it should have been an email. The surgeon came highly recommended to me.
I wish people would communicate or at least care about their jobs if not quit and let someone more capable do it but if I have too I’ll need a paycheck. I’m fuming sitting here at this office and no one seems to know what the heck they’re doing and I’m still in pain sitting here for over 30 min waiting on a manager. My anxiety level is at a thousand over this but they don’t care. Too bad staff give good providers a bad name top tier Blocker and Erik staff need more training for sure
