The receptionist, the lady who called me back, and the xray tech were all nice and friendly. Alexa, the PA, was rather dry and unfavorable. It’s also a lot of hurry up and wait here!
Year ago would ve been 5 starts. Don't know what's going on. If you're in real pain, don't bother. Took 3 months of hurting, no good shot, fail mri till 3rd try, then 6 more weeks to discuss mri and sat in back room for an hour, already running late for school puck up. Then nurse walks in hr after my appt to say he'd like an xray before he sees you. I've been here an hr, could ve gave you 10 xrays by now. Don't have time. Then asked if I want to reschedule. Awesome first time visit. Didn’t even sit down good before they were calling me back. I was informed of the plan of what was gonna take place. Explained in detail my options of possible treatment. Everyone very professional and personable. It wasn’t an all day event and my problem was addressed and treatment administered. I left out of the office feeling like a new woman!! You “rock” EmergeOrtho Clayton.
Be careful, these are shady busines. Charged twice for the same service just to get more from insurance company. Was charged over $800 dollars for 10mg shot of Dexamethasone worth 16 dollars. Never again
I highly recommend EmergeOrtho Clayton! They are efficient, kind, and very helpful!
