Maureen Flynn was wonderful. Listened, was easy to talk to, personable. Radiologist was awesome, almost made getting X-rays fun. Reception was terrible. Super snappy receptionist, barked orders, seemed incredibly stressed. The process was awful, the worst I’ve seen probably. Check in nurse was okay. Didn’t smile, but was fine.
I didn't care for the place. No help at front desk and not friendly at the desk. Very hard to find.
I could have walked it, but it was super easy to use the online app to book an urgent care appointment. Got right in, examined, X-rayed, splinted, and had a follow up appointment scheduled in about the same time as it would have taken me to drive off island to an urgent care that would have referred me to Emergo Ortho anyway. So grateful we now have an Emergo Ortho office on the island.
