Very thorough and professional. Had gone to a hospital walk-in urgent care clinic about what I thought was a terrible sprain after a hard fall. PA xrayed but didn't follow through with a CT scan although he suspected it was possibly a fracture of the scaphoid bone that typically requires a CT scan for confirmation.
