Dr Kyle Nappo is great! He makes the visits short and to the point while answering any concerns you may have. My kids like him as well.
They did nothing to help my pinched nerve, and didnt recommend someone whom could help didn't clearly explain my MRI results just felt like they were trying to rush me out the door
My spouse & I came in for an appointment, my wife is in a boot. The woman at the front desk was efficient and kind!! When we got put into a room, Dean, the x ray tech told my wife in the nastiest tone “if it were me, i would’ve just put my steel toe boots on and went to work”. MIND YOU, she has a shattered toe. Luckily, the DR had some sense & compassion & got her taken care of, even stating that he “didn’t feel comfortable sending her to work for at least 3 weeks” I am so disgusted by Deans comment.
