Very professional and caring
I was seen today for a foot and knee injury and was taken back in less than 15 minutes. I was then taken quickly for x-rays and seen by the provider, and out within an hour. All staff were. Courteous and very friendly and professional.
Excellent facility Caring staff, things move quickly, and I could not have been more pleased with the quality of care during the short time I was there.
I came in around 6:30 on a Thursday night for an xray and was done in less than an hour. I didn't make an appointment ahead of time so the longest part of the visit was filling out the intake forms. Once those were filled out, I was called back immediately. Highly recommend!
Terrific experience recently at the Apex Emerge Ortho location. Excellent PA, Doctor, and a WONDERFUL Physical Therapist, Anna Brooks Holcomb. She helped with a neck arthritis pain situation that I had and made so much difference. Great positive attitude along with her knowledge and experience. Can’t recommend her highly enough!
