Our 1yr old pug was very unwell and required urgent attention on a Sunday. We experienced care and compassion from the whole team, beyond what we could have asked for. During her overnight stay we were kept informed regarding her treatment and progess. From the bottom of our hearts "Thank You" to Dr Amy, Dr Sophia, Dr Stacey, Nurses Hannah, Megan, Alex, Belle, Kat, Dani, Katy & Nursing Assistant Lydia. We will be forever grateful Andrew, Deb & Lucy-Liu

We thought our 2 year old Groodle had an AirPod thankfully she hadn’t. From the phone call to when we left the service was perfect and we are grateful for all the teams assistance. Thank you Dr Sean, Colleen, Teagan and Katy!!!

Absolutely amazing team who looked after our little Tex after neighbours dog attack. They worked for days trying the save our little pup and to make him the most comfortable he could be. Unfortunately for little Tex, the trauma and damage by the neighbours dogs was too much for him in the end. We buried our fur baby at home, and when we picked him up the vet staff had presented him so well with a ribbon and flowers. And afterwards they also sent us a bunch of flowers in sympathy. Rushed my greyhound here last night from Mareeba and the staff were amazing. Helpful and saw to her straight away with compassion and professionalism. Dr Jack and the team did a great job assessing her and getting us in and out (back to bed) quickly. We were very impressed and thank you all for helping my sweet girl.
