Had to visit over the long weekend. The staff was caring to everyone who was coming to visit, even though they were very buisy, they took the time to be compassionate for everyone. They were upfront about the wait time, and the cost. I understood it would be a wait, and some animals coming in would get priority over others. Everyone is super kind and loving here the two ladies at the front desk were amazing. super helpful with frankie my dog even though she has sass they took her right in. They doctors here new what to do and explained everything in detail. And i got to keep the avacado as a trophy lol
We brought our dog in for an emergency visit as he had blood in his stool, a lot. we bring him in and wait to be told that he needs a few tests. our concern was the blood in the stool but theirs was helping his vomiting which we said happened earlier due to him not eating but for some reason she was more in tuned to helping that issue. Warning: do not take your beloved pet here. TLDR: told me my cat was paralyzed, and that I should euthanize him, he hopped out of the carrier when I got home and walked perfectly fine. The experience I had here was among the most traumatic experiences of my life. I took my cat here because he was shaking, they took him away immediately into the back room. They gave him painkiller/sedative to calm him when he freaked out, they wouldn't bring him back to me to calm down though I had explained that it was because they took him ... read more
