I have to say, The staff this time were hilarious! Really made the experience way less stressful. I’m glad the redhead from my last visit wasn’t working this time, She was pretty rude before. Overall, Excellent care and much better vibes this round.
!!Attention Please read!!! I don't usually leave reviews but I have a duty to leave one here. My heart is shattered. My mom and I had to bring our dog here to be put down. It was the saddest moment of my life. The receptionist had to ask for my mom's information 4 different times. I knew it was a bad sign and should have left right then and there, but our dog was too sick to go home. We went back into the room where they put here to sleep and it was just a regular vet room with a metal table. They took our poor sick dog in t... read more
DVM Cory Stamper and Chandra were very kind and compassionate to my fur baby. They took the time to explain our options and solutions. Everyone involved including reception/intake made a stressful situation/night bearable. Thank you again for taking amazing care of my fur baby. I hope to not need services in the future but should I need 911/after hour care, I will not hesitate to take my to VRCC.
