Well this is bait and switch!!!! Never go to this institution or any institution associated with Centura, They will tell you they are on your insurance. Your insurance will tell you they are on the insurance. At no point do they tell you "oh yeah the doctor is not on your insurance, just the building. You're going to receive a second bill that your insurance will refuse to pay." Then, when you call them on their fraudulent practices they will say "oh well you can argue with your insurance company".
Very nice and helpful you do want me to be in any pain at all they're all very friendly there
Was not overwhelmingly busy, friendly informative, and gentle. Overall for having a broken foot for the first time, good first experience lol.
They were quick, fast, friendly. The Dr had amazing bed side manners and he went out of his way to make sure my son was taken care of.
