Pointless. I was in severe pain and they wrote me off. Don't go here if you want genuine care. The receptionist was really nice though.
Avoid this place!!! I called to confirm they would accept my insurance to make sure I was covered. I was told yes, they would accept it. I then got a bill for over $6,700 for being out of network. I disputed the charge and they turned me into collections for non-payment.
I went to the Urgent Care for a really simple back problem; was billed through some weird third party company for the "doctor only". Now, although we have Tricare they "can't locate" our insurance. Super sketchy, and really bad business. I'll drive a little further up the road to a different urgent care in the future.
They were fantastic. Very Professional. Our daughter broke her wrist in 2 places and they had her wrapped up and out in about 90 min.
