Get directionsAll the staff without exception were incompetent and had zero listening skills whatsoever. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable, even more so in the ER. I was asked over and over and yet over again for my name and birthday. I can understand twice to confirm but then three more times. That's ridiculous, especially in an ER setting! By the way. I was checked in then placed in to an iso room and met with the ER Dr. My O2 was below 95 and he ordered a scan which revealed pneumonia... I was devastated because my dad was very sick at the same time as I was with pneumonia in another state! Unfortunately, my dad did not rec... read more
