I employed these folks about 2 months ago, and if you think you had a disaster when you called, wait til AFTER. #1, they sent only 2 guys to mop up hundreds and hundreds of gallons of water. One guy worked, the other was preparing to bring the bigger crew in, the "estimation" crew, and THAT became Job 1 immediately! I had to keep asking them "can you please keep up with this water problem, we need more workers, you are not even helping!"
