Get directionsWent there1/20/26. Been coughing, running nose, extremely exhausted. They told me after running their test. I didn't have covid, flu, pneumonia. All they told me is I'm sick. If I could put 0 stars I would, do NOT go to this emergency room. They don’t care about your health. All they do is sit in chair and neglect you. They are very unprofessional. If your having trouble walking they won’t even wait or walk with you! That’s horrible just horrible survice. These people are getting paid for nothing! And treating people like crap. Yall are a health facility this is unacceptable. They need to have an evaluation on this whole building. All the reviews are bad that should tell yall something. Y’all do ... read more

West misinterpreted and did a wrong diagnosis on my panic attack, ordering a Physician’s Emergency Certificate (PEC) then 4 to 5 nurses and 3 security guards assaulted me to take my insulin pump out from my body. Nurse Martha J. Baker had dislocated my hand thumb after my pump was out from my body. After that they sent me to a facility really faraway from New Orleans 3 days they let me go because no symptoms of suicide were present. Now I ... read more
