After denied to 3 nurses and 2 doctors that I don’t wanted to kill myself, Dr. Eric W. West misinterpreted and did a wrong diagnosis on my panic attack, ordering a Physician’s Emergency Certificate (PEC) then 4 to 5 nurses and 3 security guards assaulted me to take my insulin pump out from my body. The doctors and nurses do not seem to listen to your description of what is going on. They look at your chart and if you have a diagnosis they blame that. Pain due to gallstones at 2mm will be blamed on your kidney disease and they will do nothing to treat you. They will not communicate the orders for a surgical consult. The overnight doctor 7/14/2025 was very closed off and forced his opinion instead of ordering a hydra scan. This is the McDonald of emergency room. No sense of urgency here and rude staff, especially in the front.

There no real privacy at all I came to get seen and there just in front of other patients discussing my symptoms thanks for making feel extremely uncomfortable on my visits.
