Not going to lie, I was hesitant about going here because of all the bad reviews but my experience was great. I didnt wait at all! From the time I walked in, everyone was cool and didnt take long to be seen by the Dr or for them to get my test done along with the results. Id definitely go back if needed tho I hope i never have too.

Came to Clemmons ER with severe abdominal pain, doubled over in tears, nauseous, and could barely walk with a WBC count of 16. Left 9 hours later on an ambulance for emergency surgery. Buckle up- here’s my unhinged review. On arrival to Clemmons ER, triage did not take me seriously. Staff ignored me as I shuffled by, bracing myself on furniture and crying. Unfortunately myself, my wife, her mother, and my mother all have had to use use this facility at one time or another. For the most part I can not say anything bad about the treatment, care, the doctors, PA's, nurses or the the other employees here.

Took my 89 year old mom to clemmons er Saturday June 13, 2026. Horrible experience. The er was FREEZING!! EVERYONE was asking for blankets. Got there about 5:45pm. One woman had been there for 6 hours in pain. Her son was begging the front desk for help and got none. He left went and bought her some Tylenol. Another man went to speak to young woman at the front desk and said I can't stand this pain for 2 more hours I'm going to have to go somewhere else. The lady said that's up to you.
