Trust all the 1-star review. I went to there with 2 of my black coworkers after we had a bus accident in the morning on 9/5. The security guard at the door asked me the same question of if I was with my coworkers again and again. I said yes every time he asked, not sure why there’s a problem of me walking in with them. The front desk staff and a nurse named Kelly were both extremely dismissive. If we didn’t understand something right away, their facial expressions and tone became obviously impatient. As healthcare professionals, they showed no sense of compassion at all. It’s hard to understand how someone with that kind of attitude could work in this field，There was a serious lack of respect and compassion for the patients.
