This happened in the emergency room: it was dirty and understaffed. I arrived with pain under my breasts that radiated to my back, and after 7 hours—without a diagnosis and without being seen by a doctor or surgeon—they wanted to operate on me without even explaining why. I left, and thank God I didn’t allow it. Everything felt very strange.

We came to the ER straight from the airport after my dad suffered a head injury on an international flight. It was a very stressful and scary night for us, but the team here was amazing. From the front desk to the nurses and the doctors, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. They didn't rush us and took all our concerns seriously (checking both heart and head). They even provided discharge papers in my language which was so helpful for my dad! We left feeling safe and relieved. Thank you so much for your help!
