Things have gotten better at the ER. All of the staff, triage, nurses, doctors, x-ray tech, lab personnel all polite, professional. It's way more efficient & their new communication updates keep you informed & show just were your at during your visit. You are updated on each step of necessary treatment so that there's no guessing. Kudos to everyone working there & their newer communication updates!
Overall faster than UCD or Kaiser, however we still haven't gotten the diagnosis we came to find out. After talk with a doctor all tests seemed like a pacifying actions to make it look they are doing something. Got pain medication. I did appreciate the app that showed what tests were done and where in the process patient was.
