this is the far the worst er doctors ever. just avoid at all costs . maybe because its in the hood, but man these doctors treat you like a criminal very rude and disrespectful they do not treat you like a human being at all!!!!. went here 2 years ago for a pilonidal cyst they lanced and did not drain nothing just fluid but did not clean inside causing infection to spread twice third time ended up at sutter where i ended up getting a massive surgery with flap, second time in in july for vertigo , and ecoli doctor said i dont ... read more
I start off by saying this is the best ER visit I have ever gone to. I was hesitant to come to this ER due to all the recent reviews I have seen here. I was check in, talked to nurse, doctor about 30 minutes. They were very attentive, I want to share this to help ppl realize not all experience are the same, give it a go if you need.
There urgent care is a joke more like extremely casual car waited 5hrs over night just to start seeing a doctor absolutely ridiculous and slow.
Brought my wife here for worst headache and they even ask you how bad is your pain 1/10 and her was more then 10 but we been here for more then 3 hours nothing yet they didn’t even ask or give her any type of medicine and I went up to the front desk and she said she don’t know how long more and it’s totally up to us if we wanna wait more or leave like seriously why anyone not doing something about this it’s so crazy it’s spouse to be an emergency room people don’t just go her to sit and deal with the pain without any type of... read more
There wasn’t a line when we to the ER. It took about 30 minutes to get triage then after about two hours or more, I went up and ask, and they said that they couldn’t tell me how long it would be. After about 3 1/2 hours, they did a blood draw. At that time again, I asked how long it would be and she said there were about nine people in front of me, but she couldn’t tell me how long.
