The staff was unprofessional, especially the security, who didn’t let the accompanying person help the patient because of language issues. The patient stayed for several hours (8:30 PM. to 3 AM) without being checked in. As a result, the patient left without seeing a doctor.
The staff when I visited ER were absolutely kind, patient, and understanding. The nurse made my daughter and I comfortable , explained any wait time, and constantly checked on us while we waited for the results. Inside it's very clean and great music selection to make the environment soothing and lively.
Emergency room wait time 8 hours. Ridiculous.
The worst hospital emergency services I ever seen, they have 8 rooms with only doctor not busy hardly 6 to 8 patients bull call one patient in hour and it took 6 hours to call.
One of the worst hospital in south Sacramento waiting time 4-6 just get seen then another 6-8 to get ur results. They treat u like ur shit and dont really care about wat u say
