Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional. I had knee replacement surgery 4/18 and went home the next afternoon 4/19. I would have been happy to stay an additional day, but I was was up and able to go home.
Extremely angry! Scheduled my ultrasound appointment 2 months ago just so they could cancel it an hour before I was scheduled to go in. Husband and I took time off work and no one gave us the courtesy to call me this morning when their tech called in sick to let me know, instead I received and email of a new appointment. Then someone calling to confirm my new appointment. Very disappointed and angry at their process in making their patients a priority.
All tho it's great hospital great staff. When it comes to eating food bring it from outside Not recommended

The emergency room is the slowest one in the Bay Area. I can not believe that we have been here since 11:30pm and have yet to been seen.
