I find it hard to believe that a multi-billion dollar company does not have an email for membership services or HR. Nor do the phone numbers work for HR. Oh wait, yes I can believe it. what a joke

waited forever in urgent care because I've been sick since December, flu like symptoms, difficulties breathing, only to be told to go get sudafed....like wtf???? I paid 65 to be told to go get sudafed...and this right here is why don't like yall....
