All Emergency room visits for sure I know are hit or miss but I took my dad to the Kaiser ER in San Jose although he goes to a different Kaiser location. The blonde nurse (I think her name was Kristen) working around 345am on 9/11 was very helpful with my elderly dad who went in for urinary retention/groin pain, and him having dementia and she was patient with him. He was in severe pain after the catheter was placed in and she helped him walk to the lobby to be discharged and made sure he was ok and able to walk. She also ma... read more
