I’m writing about my experience at Kaiser permanente Morse location emergency room visit on 2/5/26 We got there at 4pm my husband is in a lot of pain with his back and went there to see if he can get some relief.. and we sat in the waiting room for over 2 hrs and we saw people that came in after us getting called back for a cold/flu… there were people there that had been there since noon and as of 5pm haven’t been seen a triage nurse came out and talked to the lady and told her that it’s done by priority and basically the pa... read more

Very disappointed with my experience at the Kaiser ER. I arrived around midnight and waited until nearly 3:30 a.m. for results and a doctor’s prescription. Despite having more staff than patients, there was little urgency or communication. This was a significant waste of time. I respectfully request management to review and improve efficiency and patient care in the ER.
