For Petesake STOP saying SORRY and be better!!!! I'm sitting here likely needing to visit the emergency room but won't because I fear no care!! Examples of visit experiences.. Went in very sick..could have been covid.. Discharge, no medication per emergency physician asked for shot for pain. antibiotic... why was a given a prescription for NARCAN?? 63 years old and have never had a substance abuse problem drugs or alcohol Did I mention I'm a lady 63 year old lady!! I would seriously consider going to a different Kaiser emergency room. I was told by the Advice Nurse to go in and it was a zoo. I feel they need to have triage for mentally unstable people and for some reason the night I went they had everyone in the back had a visitor and it was already overcrowded with patients. I don’t know what the answer to this is but I know that Kaiser used to be much better than it is today. I think they can do better. My partner broke his collar bone, didn’t even leave with a sling. They took the xray confirmed and sent him on his way. Didn’t even have paperwork to go over the break, how to heal or anything. NEVER send a loved one here!!
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I could ever put someone through is sending them to this Kaiser with the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please whoever reads these reviews or is in connection to HR for the love of god please re-evaluate staff!
