My partner broke his collar bone, didn’t even leave with a sling. They took the xray confirmed and sent him on his way. Didn’t even have paperwork to go over the break, how to heal or anything. NEVER send a loved one here!!
Genuinely one of the worst experiences I could ever put someone through is sending them to this Kaiser with the most incompetent staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Please whoever reads these reviews or is in connection to HR for the love of god please re-evaluate staff! I visited a family member at Kaiser on Morris Avenue and encountered significant difficulty obtaining a visitor sticker. After checking in for the room number, I proceeded toward the patient area, where a staff member stopped me and informed me that I needed a visitor sticker. Although visitor stickers were visibly available at multiple stations, I was repeatedly redirected instead of being assisted. I should have thought before to do this review. I was there in November, having gone in for vomiting and dehydration. My pulse was super high as I was checking in and they did a 12 lead right there at the triage desk. The EKG was a bit wonky so I got the whole cardiac workup. By the time I left I not only knew my heart was okay but that my other organs were looking good as well. I'm sure it didn't hurt that the ER was pretty quiet that morning!
