Very disappointed with my experience at the Kaiser ER. I arrived around midnight and waited until nearly 3:30 a.m. for results and a doctor’s prescription. Despite having more staff than patients, there was little urgency or communication. This was a significant waste of time. I respectfully request management to review and improve efficiency and patient care in the ER.
Had an awful experience last night. Brought my mom in for a fractured shoulder and was just sat in a hallway waiting. Meanwhile the staff in nurse station A and in a room marked ACA 3 were talking loudly and laughing, just having a great time like there were no patients to tend to. Very unprofessional.
the most dirty disgusting emergency room. Blood, feces and bloody bandages in waiting room, bathroom, and er rooms. Given dirty blankets, no water left for 6 hours. Go to ANY other ER
