I visited this medical facility, and I absolutely loved everything about it! Everyone here is incredibly polite, kind, caring, and friendly. If this were any other kind of place, I would definitely come here more often! But since I don't want to get sick too often, that's the only reason I don't visit more frequently. 😊 I had a wonderful experience here, and I truly appreciate all the staff. May Allah bless every employee with good health, happiness, and success in both this world and the Hereafter! ❤

Security should not be telling people they can store their items and should be recommending that people leave their belongings in their car. Because they lost my item and misplaced it. And the quality of their customer service sucks. It takes too long for everything and the company doesn't care about making sure you are happy doing business with them. So they definitely deserve one star.

This is the worst ER in California. Kaiser is seriously going downhill. Horribly poor medical care and basic cleanliness here.

Honestly considered calling an ambulance to pick up my partner from this ER to take us to a competent real one. I really have no words.
