Understaffed. Not enough rooms. People everywhere in the hallways - no rooms. Even when they were going to admit my FIL took another 24 hours to even get a hosp room. They messed up his diet which causes other health issues. The dr. Was amazing and nurses are great. Just not enough for quality care.
This hospital is terrible they treated my aunt like crap they never once helped her atall they tried killing her all the nurses and doctors didn't know what they were doing when she was hungry they let my aunt starve the hospital needs to be shut down fire everyone
My er visit didn't start so well. My nursing team was great but that was it. Stephane rhe nurse managerr was great. I felt like a person not just a number she goes above and beyond a true leader for the ER
Unfortunately, my experience at the emergency room was very disappointing. The wait time was extremely long, and throughout the process I did not feel that patients were being treated with urgency or genuine care. While waiting in the lobby, staff members were openly laughing and chatting about personal matters, which made the environment feel unprofessional and dismissive of patients who were clearly anxious or in pain.
