Horrible ER. Prepare to wait all day if you have an emergency.
Extremely long wait times in the emergency department. We have been waiting over 8 hours and there is no indication how much longer it will be... The floors and rooms are dirty. There is hair and blood on the floor where we were waiting for a doctor and the restrooms are pretty gross. Also, the parking area is pretty far from the emergency department and Valet is full. Very bad service do not going to Kaiser We are waiting very long time for emergency care nobody come to take care all the staff garbage very bad Totally waste nobody support here Am trying to tell my problem to receptionist they said doctor coming doctor coming Shut off this place if nobody take care
Everyone was very helpful here, from the valet to the check in. They even grabbed a cup for us to fill with water when requested!
Been here 10+ times, but not too bad unless it’s packed, but what can ya do
