I checked the reviews of this facility before seeking medical help. Unfortunately, they were spot on. The ER physician who treated me documented information in my medical record that did not accurately reflect the condition and symptoms I reported. The doctor asked me several questions about whether I felt this type of sensation, etc. I answered "no" and gave a short explanation of how I felt. Staff does not communicate with you. They do not explain anything and get upset when you ask for more information. Literally one of my worst experiences so far
This had to be our worst experience to date at Kaiser Roseville ED, horrible way to treat elderly patients, 94 yo mom with mild dementia was advised by home health nurse and Kaiser MD to go to ER, their concern was possible brain bleed/ infarction based on her symptoms.I explained to intake nurse her symptoms and Dr wanted her to have a CT scan, they were only concerned about a possible UTI ( previously they missed a TIA because they were only concerned with a UTI) we had tests done and waited 7 hours with a 94 yo frail wome... read more
Shut this place down if you cannot manage it. Disrespectful security. Even worse are the ER managers.
