I’ve loved Kaiser for years, but I recently came with my sick child to find out that Linda Soojin Lee is insensitive and unprofessional. The nurse was capable of knowing that my child was in need of an IV and ordered it himself. I’ll never visit this ER.

I was traveling home when I came in with stomach pain, chills and felt out of it. They were not dismissive , ran testing and ordered a CT. I ended up getting emergency surgery! All around team was amazing.

Okay I read the reviews and expect the worst but honestly it was really nice. A girl named Michelle took my blood and she did so well and their was another woman who guided me who was really nice. And the doctor I had was very professional and easy to talk to. The man that started with a J did my CT and he was so polite and easy going. And I think Joseph? From pharmacy was really sweet and polite. I came in at 12:10 ish and left at 2:40 ish. Pretty fast for an ER. Very gratefull for everyone being so polite and fast.

Rude ER Female asian triage nurse, regret not getting her name to post it on here. She was rude from the get go. However Dr. Sun was amazing and kind! Also the guy triage RN nurse super nice.

Came to the emergency room as advised by a nurse over the phone FOR MY 3 MONTH OLD INFANT and was not helped in a timely manner, was told the wait will be another 3 hours!
