I visited this Emergency Room beginning of January for a finger laceration and unfortunately received inadequate care. I waited over 4 hours in the waiting room before being seen by a physician. During my entire visit, no one ever took my vital signs — not during triage, not by nursing staff, and not by the physician. There was also no nerve evaluation and no imaging. Came because I had a uti. The nurse assigned to me was extremely rude. She told me to give a urine sample so I proceeded to do so. First off that bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever used. There was urine all over the floor and there was a piece of plastic in the toilet. I was instructed to use a cleansing wipe which I was in the middle of doing when the Kaiser security guard walked in on me even after I said “BUSY”. Dirty facility halls have trash rooms aren't being cleaned absolutely trashy facility
Terrible! I have a terrible pain and I have been sitting in the ER for almost 4 hours NO doctors have even spoken to me the nurses have been great but I am in so much pain I have tears they did an EKG but that is about it.
From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly. Shout out to my nurse tracie while I stayed in the ER . Professional and friendly.
