Terrible! I have a terrible pain and I have been sitting in the ER for almost 4 hours NO doctors have even spoken to me the nurses have been great but I am in so much pain I have tears they did an EKG but that is about it.
From the moment you walk in everyone is friendly. Shout out to my nurse tracie while I stayed in the ER . Professional and friendly.
Shame on Dr. Robert McCormick for calling nurses “Entitled, lazy parasites.” If that is what he thinks about nurses I wonder what he thinks about the patients that come through the E.R.? I’ve loved Kaiser for years, but I recently came with my sick child to find out that Linda Soojin Lee is insensitive and unprofessional. The nurse was capable of knowing that my child was in need of an IV and ordered it himself. I’ll never visit this ER.
