Disappointed by their perspective on patient care, especially for innocent children and the elderly who are forced to sit and wait for medical attention. The facility is understaffed and inhumane, showing a complete lack of empathy while the security staff appear quite happy. Seem to be more caringthan medicalstaff. I would not recommend Kaiser Permanente.

This place is worse than the local community hospitals. I was actively bleeding and they got mad I was asking for more gauze pads. You would think that as a non community hospital they would treat their CUSTOMERS better!!!! They sure did rush me for an x-ray though with no follow up but to just sit down and wait, again they got mad for asking for gauze pads.

My experience happened a few months ago. I agree with the other negative comments. The staff was so awful and so clearly do not care. Never saw anyone because of an inexplicably long wait time despite the severe pain.

The worst and very dirty they will put you in a chair with other people’s blood on it, blood on the floors and no doctor to see patients over 6 plus hours about 5 people left to get help else where nurses and doctors laughing and messing around in the back while patients are suffering

Slow wait. It’s feels almost like they skip over people perhaps if that’s a thing. Anyway, was there for hours. Was only called once which was for intake in three hours. Unbelievable. Do not come here if you have an emergency.
