Absolutely horrid. Brought my 2 year old son in for breathing problems, and we were here for over 4 hours. Only 3 people in the emergency waiting room, and more nurses than you can count in the back. Absolutely useless. No one knows anything, no one wants to help. Why are you a nurse if you don’t care? They have the attitude of McDonalds employees. No one seems to want to be here, no one wants to do the work. They’re doom scrolling instagram.

Disappointed by their perspective on patient care, especially for innocent children and the elderly who are forced to sit and wait for medical attention. The facility is understaffed and inhumane, showing a complete lack of empathy while the security staff appear quite happy. Seem to be more caringthan medicalstaff. I would not recommend Kaiser Permanente.

This place is worse than the local community hospitals. I was actively bleeding and they got mad I was asking for more gauze pads. You would think that as a non community hospital they would treat their CUSTOMERS better!!!! They sure did rush me for an x-ray though with no follow up but to just sit down and wait, again they got mad for asking for gauze pads.
