Do not come here if you want to wait 6+hours. Staff is literally a joke and they all had attitudes. No I didn’t want an IV 5 hours after I’ve been waiting for results I had already gotten back on my Kaiser app. So then the nurse “threatened” me that she would tell the doctor I was refusing treatment and that I could just wait in the waiting room until my results came back without treatment. Mind you they were already on the app. You think people go to the ER for immediate treatment but not here. People were in agonizing pain... read more

Went in horrible pain for 2 hrs just to get ibuprofen prescribed. Doctors don't care what level of pain your in and are quick to charge you $300 an then tell you to go get some ibuprofen. Worst experience ever. So bad I'm canceling my Kaiser.

Glad I read the reviews, go to CCMC (Clovis Community) for better quality of care. They always see me asap and take my concerns seriously.

This FRESNO KAISER ER waiting room is woefully to SMALL and DEFINITELY a breeding ground for Covid, the Flu and every other communicable disease!! ONE ALL GENDER FAMILY BATHROOM!!! IS KAISER IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING PEOPLE SICKER????????????!!!! Remember. you are in the ER for at least 2 to 8 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
