The ER Hung up on me when I told them I was having trouble breathing.
We were there a few nights ago and the experience was incredible. The emergency room has a very high quality staffing system. Virtually all of the nurses are registered nurses. The equipment is excellent. These people really know their stuff and they really know how to treat people who are in a great deal of pain and in need of a great deal of help. I just wish that the Democrats that run the state of Oregon had a better understanding of how their various policies harm our hospital system as well as our prescription system. ... read more
This is an excellent hospital with competent, caring and compassionate doctors and nurses. I was seen in the ER, and yes there was a wait not because the staff didn't care but because I WAS NOT IN IMMINENT HEALTH DECLINE. Yes I was in some pain, and NO I was not upset when they took someone before me who's kidneys are failing them. The reviews I've read that others have posted are very unfair reviews of this hospital.
I came in with a kidney stone recently. I was triaged in right away, though there was only one other person in the waiting room when I arrived. (Around 8:30am). Everyone was very kind, very efficient, very professional. I was in more pain than I've ever been in, and felt respected and taken care of the whole time I was there. I hope I never have to go back to the ER, but not for lack of service or excellent care. If anyone who works there reads this, thank you!
I took my mom to the emergency hospital because she was in so much pain. The wait was long and didn’t even care that my mom was in so much pain + they let someone else go ahead of her .
