This was the best experience I have ever had in an ER and after I was admitted, the hospital staff. Thank you to all at the ER staff and the hospital staff namely my two RN’s Arlene & Daisy, and Imelda in dietary. Arlene and Daisy would check in on me if my light was on and Imelda would check frequently between meals for drinks or snacks! They were so kind and attentive professionals. Unfortunately I’m a regular here but Dr lacalle, and nurses Jenn, Kat, and Melissa were great and gave me best service ever tonight. Prompt and eased my pain and worries and had me out quickly
When I mean they just thumped on my back and handed me prescriptions and sent me on the way despite the fact I have radiating pain, can’t eat, can’t stop throwing up…do NOT come here if you are in severe pain or need medical attention. Beyond dismissive and talks down to you like you’re crazy. I had referrals for blood panels from another doctor and they didn’t even entertain the idea. AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO DIGNITY.

To Dr. Annie Au, D.O. You should be fired and your license to practice medicine under review. I came in on May 30th 2025 with abdominal pain after having emergency gallbladder removal which I informed you on May 16th 2025. You accused me for med seeking, you told me I tested positive for drugs when my blood test clearly showed I had nothing in my system. You said you couldn’t find anything after a CT scan.
