If I could give yall zero stars I would. 6 month old very lethargic, 1 wet diaper in 24 hours and only 3 oz of milk all in 24 hours. My child extremely hot to the touch and vomiting and the wait has been 7 hours is crazy
Worst treatment in a hospital and we have been to plenty……got here at 8 after being transferred from a different hospital 2 hrs away didn’t get a room til 11 no one came to the room til 130 am after we called to get an update…..than gave my son a numbing cough drop for his throat that feels like it’s closing and hard to swallow anything wtaf he had eoe so he has a flair up and they pretty much like we can’t do anything for you and let you sit there for hrs with no answers nothing oh we are still sitting here in a room as I’m... read more
I'm very disappointed in Batson E.R. department. I brought my son in on Monday January 5th 2026 to be seen for a nasty cough and rattling/wheezing in his chest and lungs. They pushed us all the way down the list and we were literally next to the last ones to be seen, even though all the babies in there had the same symptoms and even let kids go back befote us that had walked in after us that were playing, throwing shoes and seemed to be fine. If I could have given them negative then I would have because this place is terrible. I brought my daughter here bc she was constantly having headaches. They didn't say anything but it could be a viral infection. The don't listen and could careless about you or children's well being. DON'T WALK RUN FROM THIS PLACE
Had took my daughter here for bad stomach pain plus hurting in chest they act like they didn’t care bout her pain in stomach at all they did ekg no blood work and no other test to see what her stomach pain could be I will never take her back there again
