Valley Regional was a beautiful experience for my dad. He was very well taken care of, and the staff truly listened to us as a family. They cared about how he felt emotionally and understood that the time he spent in the hospital was very important and critical for him, especially because at 93 years old, he can get depressed and wants to be back home. My son had a head injury I immediately took him to this hospital as I was advised by the person I spoke to after my last review I requested the head of the er and was given And asa male head Nurse. explained the situation they proceeded to tell me they could not give me an estimated weight of time that his head injury in a 2-year-old. As loud as I could for all patients to hear I will never go back I would rather die that this hospital will kill you as this is now my 3rd negative experience
