If I could I would rate it lower than this. Arrived at 4am and just being called to the back at 10am. I’ve never been to an ER where they do a roll call. The hospital is filthy. The staff (security) just stand around. A guy was going off on his gf in the ER and they didn’t move. They also left someone in a wheelchair in the bathroom until I heard her yelling for someone to come help her and I had to get her help. The wait time in the ED is expected to be long but 10 hours is excessive. Busy is on thing but this is screaming lack of resources, staff etc. This is a new hospital with what is supposed to be higher newer technology and efficient care. You have people waiting in the ED as cleaning staff rub alcohol, bleach wipes all around you as you’re sitting and spraying what I’m assuming is Lysol spray in the air. I was transferred to this hospital because I needed a higher level of care than the previous facility could provide. I arrived around 4 PM and was told I wouldn’t have to wait, but I ended up waiting about 2 hours just to be placed in a room—and only after asking the receptionist twice. I was finally taken in around 6 PM. A nurse told me she would be right back, but no one came for quite a while. I had to ask other nurses for help, and it wasn’t until around 7:30–8 PM that someone finally came to see me and apologized. I com... read more
I have been waiting with my daughter who split open her top lip. We got here around 6, and I’ve been waiting for more than 4 hours. I have been worried this whole time for her health, and no one has assisted us yet. Please do better!!!!!
