If I could give them negative stars, I would. My wife, who is 5 months pregnant, was experiencing flu-like symptoms on top of having a really difficult time breathing. We sat down for 25 minutes before being called to get the information on her visit. She informed the lady about having difficulty breathing and was told she would get her breathing treatment and be taken upstairs to get monitored for the baby. We sat for another hour while people who walked in after us were taken back for a hurt shoulder. This place is horribl... read more
The absolute worst experience ever!!!!
Patient registration is the first exposure a patient has to the hospital. Each triage personnel was condescending. I was cut off multiple times & a NP ripped out my IV….causing me to spew out blood…could’ve done that myself …. Thank you for nothing.
