This emergency room is a joke. I’ve been in the waiting room TWO hours and have yet to receive any pain medicine for my fractured foot or be let into a room, but a patient who got hit with a softball is a bigger priority. Mind you the reason I haven’t received any medicine is because they can’t FIND A NURSE TO ASSIGN IT TO ME. I recommend y’all try ANGLETON HOSPITAL. Where they actually care.
Went in for sciatica, barely able to walk. The lady in the front was kind and caring, but no one else was. The "room" I was left in was dirty and had trash on the ground. They had me collect a urine sample and then never picked it up. Was given two shots, which both somehow ended up spilled all down my arm. They also gave me medicine they said would help with pain, then left me alone for an hour an a half. They finally came back and I told them the meds hadn't helped. Honestly the best visit. Doctors and nurses were so friendly especially with my 3 yr old. We went in because baby girl has had constpation for a few days and nurse Jahala “I hope that’s how it’s spelled “was awesome for helping me in how the medicine works and everything being very friendly and professional as well.
!!Horrible!!! My mother went in to the emergency room in the afternoon because she was not feeling well, while they were moving her from bed to bed and doing scans and test she left her glasses on the foot of the bed with all her belongings since they did not give her a clear bag to put it all in so somewhere from all the living she was doing her glasses got lost and when we were asking for help the nurse in charge was so rude and had a big attitude so we asked another male nurse for help and he asks that same nurse and I he... read more
Front desk is rude and more concerned about gossiping with the guy that brought them food. Make sure to ask for a MD otherwise you'll get a PA.
