My experience in the Emergency Department was very positive. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I was seen quickly, and they really took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I felt cared for and respected throughout my visit.
From the security guard in the parking lot to the doctor and everybody in between , service was excellent.
Staff was very kind, reassuring and genuine. Checked in on us, gave us some laughs and the total time took under two hours! Thank you to the amazing supportive staff.
