Service and staff were very accommodating. The facility is nice and clean. However, walking through metal detectors and being processed by a security guard rather than a healthcare professional results in a very off-putting experience. People are coming to your facility during a medical emergency and the last thing they need is an interrogation on whether or not they possess weapons. The ER team here are amazing! I can in with heart palpitations, they took me right in, 3 different people started working on me, they were great, each explained what they were doing, not overwhelming me but comfort!
The staff quickly started working on my issue, explained what they were doing and what to expect throughout my visit. I am glad this facility is near me for emergency care.
