This location has the nicest and most helpful staff. My second time here and I feel at home. You’re not a number but a patient.
Inattentive staff, and they only have on- call technicians after 4. After waiting for 4 hours for someone to perform an emergency ultrasound, we found out that they hadn't even left Gilbertsville yet. The doctor never came back to discuss CAT scan results. We had to log into the patient portal to find out what was going on. We finally left with instructions to have an ultrasound as soon as possible, to rule out a serious condition, but upon looking over discharge paperwork, there was no mention of needing the ultrasound and ... read more
Went in with a patient who is a fall risk. She broke her foot from a fall, and they gave her crutches. That should say it all.
I had to visit the ER in Macungie yesterday and I cannot say enough good about the wonderful care that I received! From the front check in desk to the technicians, the nurse and the PA (Christopher Nguyen)....they were all AMAZING! They were efficient, professional, VERY CARING, knowledgeable, thorough and kind.
