I felt judged by the staff (PA and nurses) I was also ignored, not even offered a drink of water. They took blood, ordered a CT scan and I never saw them again until the results came in. They were dismissive of my health concerns. I'm changing from LVHN to St Luke's now. Further, the MRI results were very basic and it almost feels like the radiologist didn't look at them in depth!

My wife went here about a month ago. The nurses, doctor, and staff were amazing. They were very attentive, explained everything well, and gave her a great experience during a difficult time.
Very slow. Will never come here again. Be ready to stay for 5 hours long with our being seen.
I’ve been here twice now. First, for my dad (a diabetic) who was in town visiting when his pump ran out of insulin and he realized he’d forgotten his backup. His numbers were dangerous and there was zero urgency from the staff about his state and need for immediate attention. Explained once the doctor saw him, as she didn’t know the difference between type 1 and type 2 - basic knowledge, never mind for someone with a medical degree.
