They started off by spelling my name incorrectly besides the fact that I spelled it for them. I had to speak to multiple people to get it corrected. Then they kept placing me in the incorrect room and staff was unable to find me for several hours. They misplaced me not once, not twice but 3 times. The ER nurse was too busy to answer questions and kept saying she would be back and multiple test results were not given to me. Do not go here. It only got worse after I was admitted. As I entered at 8pm I was greeted very agressivly with what are you her for? I ask for a wheelchair for getting my mother in the building and was told, good luck everyone needs one so it will be a while. Once we got her in they moved her vack abd forth from wheelchair to a chair in the waiting room then back to wheel chair. When i finally said NO MORE,she is in a lot of pain in her leg so she is staying in the chair. After 7 lobg hours which is ridiculous. We were told to go see your primary doctor. Really?????
Need more help, I was parked in hallway for five hours!!!!
