No one knew what was going on...I was a walk in...they thought I was coming via EMS??? Slower than a snail ... No one related information to each other ... Kingwood hospital and ER has gotten so lousy in the past 5 years! I swore the last time I wouldn't do that again...boy did I screw up...I WILL NOT do that again...will be driving south down 59 to the other hospital.

Worst ER!! They check you in and then have you wait all night in the lobby. They don’t check on you and if you try to advocate for yourself they just say ok and tell you to wait some more. Anything more and they will call security to kick you out. When and if you do get admitted, they refuse to give you your regular medication. I had mine with me and they told me not to take it. After 2 days they let me have it but changed the medication and cut the dosage. Also kept trying to give me other medications for things I didn’t ne... read more

They realized my dog bite and swollen arm was an emergency. They quickly got me into be seen and treated.

I was met in the waiting room by V who wheeled me around and kept checking on me. Tara was a great help as well. She wheeled me all the way back to my car when I was discharged. Everyone there was very helpful. Not a super long wait either!
