I would give zero stars if I could. I went to this ER with a dislocated shoulder, expecting at least basic care and a reasonable wait time. Instead, I was triaged, given X-rays, and then left to suffer for four hours without any further evaluation, treatment, or even an update on when I’d be seen. Not a single person checked on me. The lack of urgency and care for patients in severe pain was unbelievable. If they were too overwhelmed to provide timely treatment, the least they could have done was advise me to seek help else... read more
