Came in to an empty ER at 530 am for tooth pain. Seeking an ANTIBIOTIC not pain meds. Was left alone in a room for 2.5 hours and was only seen when I packed up and walked out the room. Nothing was resolved. Still in horrible pain. “It’s because it’s a shift change.”
Hello all. I just wanted to leave a quick review of the ER in North Adams ma. I went in on Tuesday with chest, back and occasional rotational pain in my arm. I would like to add, I suffer from MAJOR anxiety. The intake was fast and efficient. They got me in immediately. While they were tending to me I went into a full blown panic attack. Have always been treated with dignity and care. Unless its a trauma situation I always go to this ER. They ate fast and thorough.
