Hello all. I just wanted to leave a quick review of the ER in North Adams ma. I went in on Tuesday with chest, back and occasional rotational pain in my arm. I would like to add, I suffer from MAJOR anxiety. The intake was fast and efficient. They got me in immediately. While they were tending to me I went into a full blown panic attack. Have always been treated with dignity and care. Unless its a trauma situation I always go to this ER. They ate fast and thorough.
Wait over an hour and half in excruciating pain with broken arm in waiting room at 330 am. No idea how to set priorities. Treated others with minor issues prior to a real emergency. Asked for pain medication was treated like a drug addict. It’s a broken arm, seriously?! Such a disappointment. Meanwhile nurses are being paid to gossip in a corner …
