The worst experience I have ever encountered at a hospital. This quote on quote world class medical facility is lazy, unsympathetic and the worst I have ever seen. They force patients to wait for 6 hours with only taking vitals. Patients in the waiting room screaming in pain, people sleeping and camping out for over 8-9 hours. We have been waiting almost four hours and haven't even gotten my labs done. I have a high risk pregnancy and am extremely uncomfortable and am very displeased with the wait time.
I am currently sitting in the ER waiting room. I have Ehlers-Danlos and a rib is currently poking me in the lungs. My kidneys and liver and in extreme pain and could be shutting down like they do for all I know. When I asked to speak to the nurse and she came out she was rude, refused to listen to what I was telling her, walked away from me as I was speaking andtried ordering a test that I told her I didn't need for my heart as I was explaining the reason for my chest pain. Beyond meet our highest of hopes when we traveled two states away in desperation for help after a year of failed care in the state we live in. Can not say enough good about this place if you have a serious medical issue!!!!
