Maximus & Nelson did a wonderful job cleaning and demolishing the mold issue I had in my water heater closet and bathroom walls. They had great timing and communication. They found a solution to help keep my family and I safe while demo was being done so that we weren’t exposed or put at risk. Highly recommend this team!
I work for a local contactor in the area and hired out ERX to perform a mold mitigation for a renovation job. ERX is a knowledgeable and professional company that is very easy to work with. Maximus and Nelson performed the work and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with their work ethic and accountability. In January my husband and I experienced a pretty significant water loss to our apartment. We had started out with Serv Pro and had a terrible experience then our insurance company recommended ERX. Maximus and Nelly were assigned to our mitigation and tear out. The day they received the call that they would be taking our project they made time to come out after hours to make sure we had fans and dehumidifiers going to try and reduce the amount of damage caused by the water that was under the floors and walls.
