In December 2024 ERX came in after I had water damage. Their equipment took the finish off sections of my wood floor. When I reached out to them, they agreed to repair the damage. That’s been 4 months—4 months—and my floor is exactly like it was when the damage was done. ERX has strung me along since January. In my experience with ERX I found both the people and the work completed to be top notch. I felt that the communication was designed to be both informative as well as calming. The service person was professional, kind, prompt, and maintained communication with me while en route. One would almost expect the service person to not be friendly when performing emergency work at 11pm. This was not the case with ERX. The young man was quite a pleasure to talk to and work with. Did a great job on our bathroom remodel. Was delayed a few times on project(inclement weather and a few unexpected things beyond their control) took longer than expected. But overall satisfied.
ERX repaired water damage in my home. That went well. The problems began when they removed their equipment. Where they had put tape down, it took the finish off my wood floor. I’ve been trying for weeks to get the company to respond to this issue. I placed my first phone call on January 9. I was promised the Mitigation Manger would be in call me.
