My downstairs flooded Nov 2024. It is now Jan 2026. The story is long and I just can’t. I will say this. They were suggested by our insurance agent. They did do some of the work but did not finish. Things changed hands many times. And as of today we still have no functioning kitchen. They are billing us when they promised us a refund. I was sick and in and out of the hospital so I was hoping they would just do right. I don’t have the energy to fight. I experienced significant water damage right before Christmas that destroyed the entire first floor of my home. This company was assigned by my insurance for mitigation and repairs. The mitigation team was excellent. They came on Christmas Eve to begin demolition and prevent further damage, which I truly appreciated. I would not recommend. No clear supervisor, argumentative, condescending, the work is sloppy, communication is very poor with household, disrespectful to home owners. Tried to tell the owner and he wasn't interested in listening; i was told to talk to others within the company. There are too many mistakes to list but I could. Water leak in bathroom April 2024 and completion September 20254 WOW!
