If only I could give a negative star. ERX was hired after our business had an arson event. We signed a contract under false pretenses, based on the timeframe we were given to be completed. It all started out well - the mitigation team were on the ball. They had everything removed and cleaned immediately. this is where it all fell apart. The project manager was so busy listening to himself talk that he just spewed out whatever he thought we wanted to hear. NONE of it was done and or true.
